The Asustor AS6806T is a 6-bay desktop NAS built around the AMD Ryzen V3C14 processor. Installed memory is 16 GB DDR5 ECC SO-DIMM, expandable to 64 GB. Networking is 2 x 5GbE, 2 x 10GbE. It also has 4 x M.2 2280 NVMe (PCIe 4.0 x1) for SSD cache or fast storage. With expansion units it grows to 18 drive bays.

Who it suits
Five or six bays give more usable space in RAID 5, or allow RAID 6, which survives two drive failures. A good fit for 10 to 50 users.
