What the installation covers

How we size it
We start from how much data you have today and how fast it grows, then add room for versions and snapshots. The storage calculator on this site uses the same method, and we confirm the numbers during the assessment.
We also ask what happens if the NAS is unavailable for a day. That answer decides whether you need one drive of protection or two, a redundant power supply, or a second unit.
Drives and compatibility
A NAS is only as reliable as its drives. We use NAS-rated or enterprise drives from the manufacturer's compatibility list for the exact model, and we keep the drive model consistent within a RAID group.
Common questions
How long does a NAS installation take?
A desktop NAS for a small office is usually installed and configured in a day. Moving a large amount of existing data can add time, because the copy runs at the speed of the network and the old storage.
Can you install a NAS we bought elsewhere?
Yes. We can configure a unit you already own, as long as the drives are suitable for it.
Do you install outside Noida?
We work on site in Noida and across Delhi NCR. For other cities we can ship a pre-configured unit and finish the setup remotely.
