How much usable storage does the TBS-464 give?
It depends on the drives and the RAID level. With 4 × 2 TB drives in RAID 5 you get about 6 TB before formatting. The capacity table on this page shows other combinations.
Can the memory in the TBS-464 be upgraded?
No. It ships with 8 GB DDR4, which is also the maximum QNAP lists for this model.
