Synology RS1626xs+
The Synology RS1626xs+ is a 4-bay rackmount NAS built around the Intel Xeon D-1726 processor. Installed memory is 16 GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM, expandable to 64 GB. Networking is 2 x 10GbE RJ-45, 1 x out-of-band management. It also has 2 x M.2 2280 NVMe SSD for SSD cache or fast storage. With expansion units it grows to 16 drive bays.

Who it suits
A rackmount unit suits an office with a server rack or a comms room. The redundant power supply keeps it running if one supply fails. It works well as the main file server or as a backup target for servers and PCs.
