How much usable storage does the QBoat-300 give?
It depends on the drives and the RAID level. With 3 × 2 TB drives in RAID 5 you get about 4 TB before formatting. The capacity table on this page shows other combinations.

No. It ships with 4 GB, which is also the maximum QNAP lists for this model.
