How much usable storage does the DS223 give?
It depends on the drives and the RAID level. With 2 × 8 TB drives in RAID 1 you get about 8 TB before formatting. The capacity table on this page shows other combinations.
Does the DS223 have 10GbE?
No. Its network ports are 1 x 1GbE RJ-45.
What warranty does the DS223 have?
Synology lists a hardware warranty of 2 years, extendable to 4 years for this model.
